Sensei Swederska has been actively involved in aikido for many years, and believes that every individual can benefit from the teachings of aikido.
He recently worked with his close friend Terry Hildebrandt (student of Three Rivers Aikido) over the last year, holding a private class on Friday mornings. Terry and a select few of Sensei Swederska’s students trained very studious for their next rank test. Terry tested October 29th with other students of TRA and passed his shodan test with class “panache”.

The duct tape on Sesnei Swederska’s right elbow was holding his elbow together during his Nidan test. The injury occurred about half way through his nidan test. He completed all his requirements including boken, jo and his randori.
