Shin Gane will be starting a weapons of aikido class on the first Wednesday of every month. The class will consist of trainng with a bokken ( wooden sword) and jo (short wooden staff).

Wow, the class was well attended. The techniques of basic bokken were covered for two hours. Lots of fun and plenty of comparison to empty hand aikido. Can’t wait till next weapons class.
